Hiroki leads strategy and concept design at ARCHECO, with a particular focus on co-creation projects with large enterprises around DX, AI and new business. His background in automotive design at Nissan, grounded in human factors and ergonomics, still shapes how he approaches every brief.

Isao was always going to go to art school, so he did. He made installations using film and radio, which he loved. He got into UX because it felt like another way to tell stories. He still believes that enjoyment solves everything, and that the best work happens with good people around you.

Kana came from the entertainment industry, working in event production and as an executive assistant at a talent agency. She joined ARCHECO because she wanted to support a team without the constraints of a rigid role. Her interpersonal skills and ability to handle anything are at the heart of how the studio runs.

Originally from Taiwan with a Computer Science background, Kaya stands out in the Japanese design world by working fluently across Chinese, Japanese and English. At ARCHECO she leads the design team while staying hands-on, from UX strategy through to interface craft.

At Recruit, Keisuke worked with large enterprises across weddings, HR, real estate and retail, driving transformation from strategy through to implementation. He has led major redesigns and AI adoption projects, and now brings that breadth of experience to ARCHECO's strategy and business development work.

Kohei started as a field service engineer at Tokyo Electric Power, then moved into career development and new business before discovering a passion for design and engineering. He joined ARCHECO to combine both, building digital products that are fast, accessible and technically solid.

Koki has a track record that speaks for itself. Top B2B sales at Heineken, brand leadership at CyberAgent and TWO, and over 100 million social views in two years. He brings serious commercial firepower and a strong network in music and apparel to ARCHECO.

Designer
Marc-Antoine works across branding, interface design and motion, with a focus on typography, clarity and structured visual systems. He builds coherent, refined experiences and integrates AI into his creative workflow, combining graphic design, motion and 3D experimentation.

Masamichi studied UX design and UI animation at Chiba Institute of Technology, researching the relationship between motion and emotion. After five years at a design consultancy working on 40+ projects for major carriers and electronics brands, he joined ARCHECO as UX/UI Director.

Business Lead
Masashi started as a UI designer at a mobile services startup, working on music players for major carriers. But what he really wanted to build was the business itself. After leading a company to IPO, he trained in human-centred design and joined ARCHECO as head of client work.

Miho works at the intersection of business goals and user value, and she has a gift for asking the question that reframes the whole project. With experience across multiple industries, she brings analytical rigour and a genuine instinct for what will resonate with users.

Misuzu studied international marketing at Chuo University, researching consumer behaviour and corporate DX strategies. She joined ARCHECO as an intern in her third year and never left. She now works as assistant consultant across research, brand identity and digital systems.

Naoki came to UX from real estate sales, where he managed the full client journey from first meeting to contract. That background gives him a practical understanding of client needs and a strong instinct for navigating complex stakeholder environments through design.

Ressie is from Hong Kong and works as a UI designer at ARCHECO. She communicates comfortably in Japanese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin, which makes her a natural bridge across the studio's international projects. Her work is refined, considered and always purposeful.

Rikuto was active in local PR and temple school initiatives through high school, then studied urban disaster prevention and earthquake engineering at Ritsumeikan University. He joined ARCHECO to explore the intersection of design and technology, and brings genuine curiosity and energy to every project.

Tomoaki studied environmental law and comparative international law at Sophia University, then specialised in corporate and procedural law. At ARCHECO he handles legal, back-office and HR work, bridging Japan and Malta, and takes on client-facing projects including UX research and service design.
Toshifumi Miyake

Business Development
Toshifumi joined ARCHECO as an intern and worked on mobile payment apps, Gen Z social platforms and manga apps. He stayed on as a full-time member and now leads business development, helping clients move from early concept through to market implementation.
Yasunori Motani

Serial Entrepreneur · Incubation
Yasunori managed corporate planning at Hitachi, then led incubation at a major internet ad firm before founding a social services company. He went on to launch LINE Pay, build KDDI's blockchain practice, found Japan's largest blockchain community and run an AI avatar company in Singapore.

Yuki wrote his thesis on laser trapping of micro-particles and researched MEMS at Tokyo Metropolitan University. After a stint at Fujitsu General in Shanghai, he founded ARCHECO. He believes the most important work is understanding why users need something and why they keep paying for it.

Yuriko is a designer based between Japan and Malta who founded the design studio Myugge. Becoming a mother prompted her to rethink how and where she works. She now focuses on AI and UX, bringing a spatial sensibility shaped by her background in environmental design to every project.
