Execution & Design
The programme follows a four-step framework: observation, analysis, deconstruction, and reconstruction. Observation involves sustained, deliberate study of specific design choices and their consequences — not casual browsing, but purposeful attention.
Impact & Growth
Deconstruction breaks a design to its constituent decisions and examines each independently. Why this typeface at this size? Why this colour at this opacity? The goal is building a vocabulary of intentional choices that can be recombined in new contexts.
